Christopher Martins

Grundstein is led by Christopher Martins, a hands‑on developer with over 21 years of technical engineering expertise. Having managed complex systems for major organizations, including Dematic, Procter & Gamble and a few other engineering companies, Christopher brings a disciplined, problem-solving mindset to property development.

Alongside his engineering career, Christopher has personally led the design and construction of multiple residential projects, from initial acquisition through to completion and successful sale. This combination of technical and on‑site development experience ensures rigorous quality control, precise sequencing, and direct oversight at every stage.
